Ensuring the proper use of your new equipment is essential so that it will be used to your maximum benefit. We can provide on-site Demonstrations of all our audio, video and presentation products upon request, prior to you making a purchasing commitment. RnB Enterprises has a Repair facility available in case any problem occurs after the purchase of products from us. General Maintenance programs are also a valuable service to insure the life of your equipment. In respect to LCD projectors, there are Loaner Programs available. In fact, three of the manufactures we deal with will give you a loaner, free of charge, for up to three years after you purchase their product. This service insures that anywhere in the continental United States, your problem is our problem, and we will solve it within a 24 hours. To learn more about these programs, call 1-800-998-8865 and ask us about this "add-on" program, at no extra charge. Another service we'd like to mention that RnB specializes in is new building projects. We will do an on-site survey then design and write specifications for project needs. For example, your school system may require TV Monitor with VCR units to be mounted in each classroom. We can provide you with all the A/V equipment plus coordinate the setup with customized installation. We have satisfied customers in the past two years with over 50 projects successfully completed.
